95 3.4 v6 fuel injection camaro doesnt start right up?

tried getting codes checked but no one can get it to work - its been like this for a long time you have to turn it over for 20 sec or so then wait to hear the fuel pump stop and then turn it over again...i have changed the fuel filter,pcv,spark plugs,wires and air filter - i think its a sensor or something but if i cant check the codes how do i know which part is bad?95 3.4 v6 fuel injection camaro doesnt start right up?Check the fuel pressure regulator, there is a vacuum line going to it. If there is fuel coming out of there, replace it! Does the scanner power up?? Is the check engine light on when the car is running?? Maybe a weak fuel pump that drains overnight or when sitting a while. Sounds to me like one or more of your coil packs may be dead or dieing. Cheap and easy to replace. ($5.00 - $10.00 at a junk yard and much cheaper than basically all of the sensors.)
