Chevy S10 2.5 4cyl 5pd 1988?

I want to change the fuel pump regulator, it is a small round circle piece with rubber, I can't figure outwhere it goes it is the diaphram for the regulator, i have a throttle body injection.. I bought the piece not shore where t look... can you help me ,, do i ned a tourge wrench or any special tools what do i need to take out or how.....Chevy S10 2.5 4cyl 5pd 1988?Best to ask a local mechanic in his spare time to help you before you mess up,.
