Dodge dakota 1989 fuel Pressure?

Hi Im have trouble with my truck I changed the fuel pump, filter, relay and I have gas going to the carb but not enough to make a difference I was wondering how would I maintain my fuel pressure and the fuel pressure back to where it was thank youDodge dakota 1989 fuel Pressure?Is there a kink in the fuel line somewhere? is the volume on the new pump the right one? What is the problem you are having in the first place? why do you think it is fuel pressure?
