I have an 88 pace arrow motorhome when I put a load on
it it act like its starving for gas. WE CHANGED THE FUEL PUMP THAT DID WORK. ANY SUGGGESTION ON WHAT COULD BE WRONG. WHEN SITTING IDLE IT TAKES THE GAS AND GAS IS COMING OUT OF THE LINE TO THE CARDBERATORHow do I determine whats wrong?have you changed the fuel filter? sounds like this could be your problem or jets in carb could need cleaned especially if its something you let sit for long periods of timeHow do I determine whats wrong?try another load this load may have a short circuit in it so its drawing a lot of currentsHow do I determine whats wrong?Smell the gas does it smell stale or different than fresh gas. Gas turns into varnish. also the fuel in the carb could have went bad and plugged the jets run some sea foam through it with fresh gasoline and it may loosen up.
Next time you let it sit put fuel stabilizer in the tank and run it once in a while to move the fuel through the carb.How do I determine whats wrong?its normal if the fuel is coming from the line and to the carburetor, that what should happen if ur fuel system is good.
i still cant see the problem where u already said that u have changed the fuel pump and now its working. so the problem solved.How do I determine whats wrong?The problem is that these vehicles dont get driven much and the fuel in carb that dont drain back off,leaves a white residue in carb. will need to put a new carb kit in and clean out while doing it.
